Stan and Linda did this hike.   A five mile trip  in a 4x4 truck to reach the end of a wash, the hike with the aid of written directions and a compass and a loop back around by another route to the truck. 

A climb through two small versions of Narrows finds  this section.

Stan and Linda both thought this rock formation looked like a mushroom. 

Everyone that saw the picture felt that it resembled a penis and so does the smaller one on the left.  Well...now that they mentioned it....

The wonders of time and erosion.  This formation is huge. 

The floor of the surrounding area was completely covered with round, marble sized, sandstone rocks.  Linda almost lost her balance when she stepped on them and they rolled.

A canyon that they followed to lead them back in the direction of the truck.  Stan wanted his picture taken here.
